Privacy Policy & Cookie Notice
Last updated: 23 July 2026. This policy explains what little data NatCore handles, why, and the rights you have under UK GDPR.
1. Who we are
NatCore (“we”, “the site”) is an independent informational resource about nat project management, task tracking and team workflow, operated from the United Kingdom. This website is an independent informational resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any official organization or service provider.

2. What data we collect
- Contact form data. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. We use it only to respond to your enquiry.
- Consent preference. Your cookie banner choice (“accepted” or “declined”) is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key
natcore-cookie-consent. It never leaves your device. - Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
3. Cookie notice
NatCore itself sets no tracking cookies. The consent banner stores your choice in local storage, which is functionally similar to a cookie but stays entirely on your device. Declining works exactly like accepting in terms of site functionality — nothing is locked behind consent.
4. Analytics
We may in future use privacy-respecting, anonymised analytics to understand which guides are read most. Any such analytics would be aggregate-only, with IP addresses anonymised, no advertising identifiers, and no cross-site tracking. No advertising trackers are used on this site.
5. Legal bases (UK GDPR)
- Contact form responses: legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry.
- Optional analytics: your consent, given or withheld via the cookie banner.
- Server logs: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and reliable.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@natcore.net. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
7. Data retention
Contact enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted. Local storage entries remain on your device until you clear them yourself.
8. Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google’s servers to fetch them. Otherwise there are no embedded third-party services, social widgets or advertising networks on this site.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
